Have you thought about asking your doctor for a benzo to take during speeches or panic attack moments? I have a similar job in IT and work remotely so it's helped me immensely with random conversations or stuttering moments since it's kept to a minimum. But my doctor prescribes me Ativan to take as needed and it's got similar properties to alcohol.
