I know this time will pass, and one day this will feel completely normal to me. But I’ve always seen a manager as someone who leads through communication, and speech naturally becomes an important part of that. It’s not just about fluency but articulation as well. My thoughts are clear in my head, but because of the physical struggle, they sometimes come out in a very disjointed form. At times, it feels like this might hold me back from reaching my full potential, but then again, not all fluent speakers are successful either. So yeah, I wish I didn’t have to go through this, but it is what it is, haha.
