What are some fluency tips/tricks you’ve learned along the way? There clearly isn’t a cure, but I think that we all know a few tips and tricks that (sometimes) help us be fluent. One that I learned very recently is focusing on my breathing instead of my words. I don’t know if this is the case for anyone else but I noticed that I kind of stop breathing when I speak. If not that, my breathing it’s *very* irregular and choppy. When I make sure to breathe in the same pattern (and breathe in general lol) I hardly have any blocks. What about you?
