So i'll start with reading Try reading chapters really slowly and loudly And do breathing exercises approx 20 min each (two times a day) Sit beside ur sister or family and recite everything u did that day in very slow ad clear language Now to some exercise •) u would need a plastic pipe and a bottle ...fill the bottle with water half way and hold ur breath and blow the water through the plastic pipe •) blow balloons each day •)
