I practice "mindful" meditation every day for 10 mins. This helps me to clear my mind, eliminating all my stress and worry about my stutter while practicing diaphragmatic breathing. During these 10 mins, I recite my positive affirmations. I am also learning to be more present. I've noticed a decrease in my stutter because I'm not focused on it, I'm focusing on being present and living my best life.
