> there is no root cause Did you not read my comment? I said that we haven't discovered a root cause yet. But what we do know is what the root cause *isn't*, and it isn't emotional in nature. I'm not saying the person in the video is sitting there swearing this is all scientifically valid (she does recklessly use buzzwords like "cause"), I'm saying that it's worthwhile, and definitely not 'jerk-like', for someone to point out that it isn't. Surely it can be useful for someone out there. But it's also useful to know that these are just beliefs and aren't backed by anything scientifically substantial (ergo: if it doesn't work for you, you aren't broken in any way or just not trying hard enough or a failure of any sort). It is *irresponsible* not to practice critical thought.
