Cured my stutter by taking Creatine, L-Arginine & L-Glutamine, the reason why and how it might help you too. Just thought I'd share this since it worked for me and it may work for others here, worth a shot at least in my opinion. I had a stutter mostly all my life and tried many different things, had speech therapist all throughout my childhood and nothing seemed to work. I eventually brought this up to a genetic doctor I know and he brought up I should try taking these three supplements because they have something to do with how your brain works with the muscles and a lack of them causes speech and muscle problems that effect your voice. I took all three of these for about a month and noticed after a week my voice has improved a lot, I used up all of it and didn't get more till about a couple months later, I noticed my voice started to decline and go back to how it was before I took these supplements so then I knew for sure these supplements helped me in some way. Just started taking them again this week and notice my voice has yet improved again and I can speak with more fluently with confidence. It feels amazing This can also be called a creatine deficiency where your body doesn't produce enough as it should requiring you take more. You can get tested for your creatine levels however the range is so huge if you’re on the lower side it can still effect you negativity. People who have a creatine disorder take these supplements as their treatment to improve their voice and muscle function. I took the test and came out clear which is why I stopped taking these supplements for a month or so but then noticed I got my stutter back so started taking them again and it's improved now. Of course, stuttering can be caused by various different things for everybody so not saying this may work for everyone but it's worth a shot because it helped me a lot and wouldn't have known about this if I never brought it up to a geneticist. Creatine, L-Arginine & L-Glutamine is worth trying and I'll be curious if this helps anybody else too.
