Exposure therapy can great if you hold yourself back from speaking most of the time or if you’re super fearful of stuttering in front of people. I’d definitely recommend but it really depends on hard work and consistency for that. Honestly, working as a barista has helped me in ways. I did find it hard at first to communicate but as I kept learning and practicing communication with customers, I’m so much better at it now.
