Are you asking if a drug that permanently alters the brains structure can further negatively impact bodily motor functions and impediments to speech? Don't mean to sound harsh, but what do you think? Why would you "drop the drug considerably" and not just quit when you noticed this happening? Do you think your brain is going to fix itself after you damage it?
