Do you have a weak personality or social anxiety because of your severe stuttering?

Do you have a weak personality or social anxiety because of your severe stuttering? did your stutter played a role in weakening your personality like having soical anxiety or trying to avoid people or even not participating in social events ? some people in my life accused me of having a weak personality even though I don't care about what they say and even though I try my best to improve myself but I have a very severe stuttering and because of it Im very awkward at interacting with people and I have missed a lot of opportunities in my life.
