I see. I think your stutter definitely came from changing schools. Every time I'd change jobs or location or whatever, it caused me stress and triggered anxiety which triggered stuttering. I think you'll be fine once you get used to your new school, I really do. It's just the transitional period that is giving you difficulty, making new friends and whatnot. You're doing good proactive things by practicing yoga and reading out loud. I would toss in some guided meditation videos on youtube that focus on breathing and just be mindful of your breathing throughout the day. Periodically take out some time during the day to just focus on breathing, feeling your stomach rise (like yoga) that should help regulate your breathing and try gradually talking more in front of friends or family to find your feeling of regularity again.
