No. Even if there were a drug that could cure stuttering (with no averse reactions) it would not likely be pursed because of the cost (at least in the US. I don't know about the safety procedures in other countries, but I would imagine the same is true). It would cost too much to obtain FDA approval for a low incidence disorder. Any company would never recuperate their substantial investment.
