Practice, practice, practice. Write down your talking points. Say the speech in your head as you continue to write down your talking points. Then practice in front of a mirror. Then practice in front of your pet. Then practice to a friend. Closer to your presentation, practice breathing. In and out, 5 breaths. Then say to yourself, "I am prepared. I know what I'm going to say. I know what I want to say. I have practiced this all before, nothing is unknown. My words will flow. When I stutter, I will not panic. I know exactly what I'm going to say. I am going to breathe. When I breathe my speech will flow with it." Being prepared is the best thing for me. Stuttering murdered my confidence before I could ever meet it. Being prepared fills in the confidence gaps and allows me to face my stutter. Good luck!!!!
