It is the same for me. Personally, I think it is connected with that when I go a few days without talking my thinking goes back to "Stuttering is a big deal!", but when I speak day in and day out I am more concerned about expressing my ideas, generally, expressing myself, so "Stuttering is a big deal!" becomes "What I express is more important of how I express it!".
