I regonize it that stuttering gets worse if I talk to people who I'm more comfortable with. Strange but true. I think I'm relaxt about my stutter, it's okay to stutter then, I can be myself. For me, I learned to be more open about my stutter.Tell co workers about it. So I get more comfortable and also have the guts to stutter at work. Take small steps to talk about it. It is hard sometimes, but it gives you more and more freedom to be yourself, to stutter openly. Stuttering is frustrated sometimes. But my experience is that hiding it is much more frustrating. We are a pws, can't do much about it, so be it ;) (and I mean, 'be yourself, with a stutter)
