I'm with bearZero. I think getting older and seeing myself as an adult helped me. It's not that I actively tell myself "go out there, be yourself, and everyone else be damned", I just stopped thinking / caring about it so much. I think it may be easier for me since my stutter hasn't been that bad since elementary school. I still stutter occassionally, but a vast majority of the time I don't even realize it unless I'm having a bad speech day.
