Two things before I get into my answer: 1. You're only 17. It's still a young age to get a job. But... 2. At some point you are going to have to go through the job application process. It's natural to be anxious about your stutter in professional environments. This was definitely the case for me when I first began to apply for jobs. I would suggest finding ways to stay calm. Applying for jobs can be stressful but you can be in control of your stress when you know how to stay calm. May have seen me speak about this in other threads but I'll break it down quickly. You can either: 1. Speak slowly every time you speak to someone. Elongate your vowels and, on your outbreath, slide into your words and speak (almost in slow motion)> 2. Meditate. Definitely meditate to clear your head of any preconceived thoughts and anxieties. 3. Regular breathing exercises to control the flow of air. Do any of these, or all of them, and you'll begin to see a positive change. Good luck!
