To be honest I'm struggling a bit with your questions and what exactly are you asking. It seems most of these conditions are hard wired in my brain. For example - I probably stutter more in larger groups because it's harder to gain and keep the attention of a lot of people. Speaking in a group of fewer people is easier for me, especially when they are good listeners. This is where I'm the most fluent. The opposite thing happens when I have to speak with someone or group of people who like to interrupt you or be the center of attention in a group. This is where I struggle to keep up with fluent people, who in addition are not polite and are not good listeners. I have no idea how to alter these conditions.
