24M. Late-onset (around 18) stutterer. Looking for a brief yet comprehensive book, video or article for helping me get over stuttering. Any suggestions? Hello there. I am a 24 year old male from Bangladesh. From what I remember I used to be the most fluent reader and the nerd who used to talk a lot and answer the most questions in class. However, when I was 14 or 15, it was the first time people started saying that I have a *slight stutter* when trying to make conversations--especially group conversations. The stuttering was barely noticeable. Anyways when I was 18, I had a rough patch in life and I developed severe OCD, Social Anxiety and Depression. 6 years later, I am still struggling with the OCD. I am on 40mg of fluxetine everyday and I go to a therapist everyday for my OCD. My therapist says that my stuttering is a by-product of anxiety and not a problem in itself. He also says that it will be gone, when my OCD is gone too. My stuttering flared up in 2009 and worsened over time. Now its at a moderate level, I would say. The problem mainly flared when I tried to speak perfectly: that is without any mispronounciations, incorrect accents, and making sure the phonetics are accurate---like no over-stress in the f, s, t etc. Right now, I am looking for a *brief yet comprehensive article or booklet* on how to cure stuttering on my own. I searched the internet for weeks and I could not find such a brief article. I did find [this book](http://www.stutteringhelp.org/portals/english/book_0012_tenth_ed.pdf), which is a fantastic resource. However, my stuttering is mild to moderate and the book seems overkill for that. I did skim through the book though. I also skimmed through this [Youtube channel](https://www.youtube.com/user/StartSpeakingAhora). It seems like a very good program for improving speaking skills, although it does not directly address how to deal with blocks and so on. I am looking for a *brief video course or booklet or article series* that can help me manage or cure my stuttering on my own. Does anyone know of any?
