The National Stuttering Association (NSA) has chapters all throughout the United States where they meet several times a week for this very purpose. I live in Pittsburgh and we meet twice a week. It's a great place discuss struggles, practice techniques, get/give advice, or even vent. And of course it's also a good social situation to just converse about whatever is on your mind. I highly recommend it.
