This once happened to me when I was about 14 or 15 and had to manually sign myself in at the front desk at school because the register system had gone down or something. Bitch on reception asked my name, and then said 'did you forget what you're called?!'. I was pretty timid back then so I just said no and walked off. Looking back, I wish I'd told her I stuttered and gave her a piece of my mind, and then complained to her manager. Ah well.
