I took part in an intensive 2 week speech therapy course, along with some more occasional speech therapy before that, but none of it seems to have helped. If anything it's become worse. It does still surprise me, every time I think I know how I'm going to handle the next sentence or word, it catches me off guard. It seems completely unpredictable.
