>I struggle accepting myself cause I face alot of rejection from trying to connect to community around me. What community are you talking about here? I don't know how one accepts their stutter. People tend to be harder on themselves than they are on others. I know I have this. I'm not sure how to change this part of myself or what advice to give to others. I know a few people who stutters who've seemed to accept their stutter and aren't quite bothered by it. My uncle and my dad. Both are ppl in their 50s or 60s so maybe it's an age thing and as you grow old you just start to care less about things. Both also grew up in Jamaica and like many third world countries, bullying can get quite heavy and frequent. Name calling and mimicry are common place for everyone, even for people who don't any disability. Maybe that environment gave them tuff skin? Idk
