Yeah, i think so, i was completely fluent back in early elementary, talking, reading and speaking in front of class and then, something went off, maybe all the stress or something, i don't know. I don't have problem with certain sounds, just * block *, so i don't have this block in Korean, but its possible that some situation or moment will trigger it again, but i am hoping.
