People telling you to "Will you spit it out already"

People telling you to "Will you spit it out already" It's literally the fucking worst. It makes not want to talk at all. I'm 20 years old and I've been dealing with stuttering for as long as I can remember. I just wish I was normal and didn't stutter every other word :( Does anyone else get that?People telling you to spit it out?
