I’ve tried many different medications for anxiety and speech fluency. The SSRIs/SNRIs were a small help to me. Xanax was a bigger help, but it isn’t really an option due to the rapid tolerance you build, and the addictive properties. Xanax is beer in pill form. And alcohol is a hard drug. I wouldn’t even fuck with Xanax unless you take a tiny amount before public speaking or whatever. But don’t take it every day; that’s asking for problems.
