Hey beautiful people, please try this... 1. Throw a tennis ball from one hand to the other 2. Watch TV or read web pages while doing it 3. No need to look at ball while throwing - just look at the screen 4. Keep doing this for as long as you can See if your anxiety levels have decreased afterwards!
