Speaking as a 44 year old woman who still stutters, dated many men and is now married with two kids, whose father also has a stutter... screw her! :-) I feel that way in my career too....you are better off without her. There are so many other people who think it's admirable and see how strong you are in other ways because of it, both in romantic and career relationships. Move on...
