He probably has had the same happen to him & has empathy...that's a horrible thing to hear honestly..have you told your how the impediment has affected your life and how hard/painfull it is for you?..if so and they don't care cut them tf off if you can..just the though of supposed loved ones hurting you like that enrages me.
