Interviews - not your typical question on r/stutter

Interviews - not your typical question on r/stutter I see a lot of us posting about having trouble in when being interviewed and giving off the best impression you can when looking for a job. The most sound advice I see in the responses are those telling people to be open and honest about their speech up front. We are filling some new positions in my office and I am one of the people leading the interviews. I've interviewed a couple of people in the past. It was before seeing my speech therapist and I was avoiding like crazy and I'm sure not making any sense, lol. I have a lot more control over my fluency right now and am beginning the 'zero-tolerance avoidance' approach. The subject matter of these interviews is much more technical and I have to be very direct. Does anybody have any experience-based advice or tips on how to lead interviews as a person who stutters? If they were 1:1 I would be fine and use telling the person about my stutter as a means of putting them at ease, but it will hard to do that in a room full of technical people.
