You're talking about a device. That was not clear until the very end. Things are making more sense now, but it's still difficult to understand what you're saying. You're talking about a device attached to the hard palate and the lower teeth. Each component generates a magnetic field, the orientation of which are opposite -- therefore they oppose each other. This opposing magnetic field slows the rate of speech resulting in decreased stuttering severity. Maybe. The fact that you're cite Demonthenese as a credible source for stuttering therapy is suspect. Pebbles in the mouth has never been a reputable treatment for stuttering. This appears to be essential to your model, therefore, your entire premise is flawed. Secondly, this device will suffer the same problems that DAF has -- in order for it to work speech has to begin. It's not going to be able to "assist" with the initial phonemes (where most stuttering occurs). Thirdly, adding a force in opposition to the movement of the mandible is going to do nothing regarding disfluencies at the level of the lips or larynx. You need to go back to the literature and figure out how exactly adding a force opposing the direction of mandibular movement supports increased fluency
