Memorable/Funny Stuttering Moments One time I was working at this gas station behind the counter and a guy walked in. Feeling bold, I decided to ask, "Hi! How are you?" instead of the usual "Hi." Stuck on the initial "H" sound, he looked at me, puzzled, until eventually saying with a smile, "You're gonna sneeze, aren't you?" Another time my brother and I were hanging out with his friend, whom I've never met before. I was in the passenger seat, he asked my name, and I had absolutely no control of my stutter. Few seconds into it and the awkward silence grows longer. Dude looks to my bro and asks, "Is he on speed?" At that moment, man I wish I was. Moments like these are good to look back on, cathartic in a way. It's your experiences in this world that define you, and how you interact and react with them will shape you for better or worse. You can look back and brood on it or you can laugh about it. The latter seems a lot more enjoyable. Looking forward to hear your anecdotes.
