I took that drug and felt restless so my doctor switched me to Rexulti and that side effect went away. They’re similar drugs I believe. Rex is just newer. Neither changed my fluency. Regarding weight gain, any antipsychotic can do that. I’ve gained some weight since going on anxiety/depression meds and I’m not sure if it’s really a side effect of the med, or just a side effect of feeling better to where I actually have an appetite now, if that makes any sense.
