Not having kids because you have no interest in children, or you don't like them, isnt selfish. Not having them because there's a 1% chance they might have difficulty speaking is. Yeah, stuttering is a disability, so what? If there was a 1% chance a kid could be a wheel chair would it be better if they just didn't exist at all? The only "cure" is a balanced and healthy mental state, exactly the same for adhd or autism. It's just how our brains are wired. We're different, and there's nothing wrong with that
