I know how hard it can be, but as others have said people won't care and won't think less of you. I know that is hard to internalize. So, I'll give you some practical advice :I had years of therapy which focused on the rate of my speech, easy on sets, etc. This was really hard to master. Then I found a really good therapist {Phil Schneider) who gave me this technique: say what you would say normally, but put a pause in each 2-5 words. So instead of saying *Welcome everyone. Today I'm going to give you details on the state of the art of widget construction and marketing* you would say it like this, with a pause at each slash- *Welcome everyone./ Today I'm going/ to give you details /on the state of the art /of widget construction /and marketing* Somehow breaking speech down into small chunks makes them more manageable, and it's easier to be fluent over that section. I really don't know what's happening in my brain but it really helps me. PM me if you want to discuss more. We could do a zoom or phone call.
