I stutter the worst with my parents, I think it may be that I'm not consciously trying to control it because I don't have to be guarded with them. They've lived with it with me for so long that it doesn't matter and I like that. Plus I don't see them daily and I get excited to tell them things and share stories. I've gotten that way with my wife, we've been together almost 10 years. My biggest worry is my 11 month old son, he notices when I stutter and it throws him for a loop. I hope he doesn't develop it.
