First word block

First word block Hi, guys! First time sharing here I have occasional speech blocks meaning I get blocks when in situations that puts me in pressure. It started in my childhood years. My family has always judged me because of the way I talk, sometimes even teased me for it. No hate tho because they have done so much for me, I think they're just being ignorant. Anyways, the block happen when I start a sentence. I can't seem to say the first word. I noticed, it sometimes happen on events where I want to say something or in situation where I'm in pressure. The job that I wanna pursue requires communication and it's my dream. Any tips on how can I overcome this? Thank you.
