After about a week in class my teachers and professors would usually contact me and ask if I wanted any special accommodations. I would always say no because the real world is not going to give me any special accommodations. I'm learning to just work my way through it, people know that if I am expected to give a speech or read something aloud or answer a question that odds are I am going to stutter, and I am going to work my way through it no matter how long it takes. Just don't finish my sentences and we will get through this.
