It was about a year ago so I don’t recall the dosage but it was pretty high (I’m a fairly big guy so I go big on anything I take). I wonder if there might be cheaper online speech therapy lessons online, I haven’t looked into it but I could imagine there being YouTube videos or similar that cover the basics at least.
