Well I gotta say Ahmed, reading some of your posts you seem like a really bright and strong person. I can't teach you a new therapy over the internet, but I can tell you that there's nothing wrong with the way you breath or the way you talk and you don't need to re-train yourself in those. I'm glad that you're coming to terms with the fact that stuttering is ok and even that it sometimes sucks is ok. Below are some books and podcasts that could hopefully be of use to you: http://www.stutteringhelp.org/sites/default/files/Migrate/book0012_11th_ed.pdf http://www.mnsu.edu/comdis/kuster/Infostuttering/Harrison/redefining-stuttering.pdf https://www.amazon.com/Stuttering-Life-Bound-Up-Words/dp/0465081274 (This book is an autobiography. The author is a New York Jew growing up in the 60s and 70s, but there's still a lot I think you can relate to). And of course, the Stutter Talk podcast: www.stuttertalk.com
