Just make sure you have a safe environment. Every stutterer is at a different point with their social limitations. I would say 90% of the time the stutterer won't tell the class that he/she stutters. Look up the "monster experiment", the experiment in itself is outrageous but the point gets across. I think it proves that the best way to approach the stutterer is to not treat him/her different from others who are fluent.
