Stutter PTSD Hello, Im 18 years old and have been stuttering since i was 9. Recently i went to a new school and due to 2 presentations my stutters have become worse, i didnt want to do them at first but i wanted to make a big step and i did it anyway. I am very proud of myself for that moment but i did stutter quite alot during the presentation (i knew i was going to). After the following days of the presentations i thought alot about the stutters in the presentation and the situations i stuttered in the last year. Now i think i have something that resembles a light PTSD, whenever i think of my major stutters i always cringe, get headaches or feel really sad and down. Does anyone have tips or a similar exprience of dealing with this? Thank you and i apologize if there are some spelling mistakes (i am not englisch).
