speech blocks

speech blocks I only have speech blocks at the start of sentences which makes it very hard to keep a conversation. Most conversations i have are one sided where the other person is asking questions majority of the time. Anyone have ideas or techniques i could use? My speech is pretty fluent, i just have trouble with the speech blocks.
