Yes be careful with benzos! And if you decide you want to come off them make sure you do taper off of it. Not just cold-turkey, oh shit I ran out of my meds. But a scheduled taper preferably under a **competent** doctor's guide. That was hell for me. Imagine "The Fear" of absolutely nothing but you are just so deathly afraid of anything and everyone and dissociation kicks in. That's when you're stuttering goes through the roof. I currently take Clonazepam and it does help. But after that experience I always make sure I have extra on hand before my next script.
