I am in my first year of college facing the same. On the very first day we were told to introduce ourselves in front of whole class. And I was confident that I'll not stutter saying my name but when my turn came I blanked out. I was so embarrassed and that's the reason I am having problem making friends in college. And few of my friends which I have they use me as a third option and don't value me.
