I'm sorry that you're going through this. There is no magic cure, but medicine can help quite a lot, my man. Maybe see your doctor and ask him what he can do. Benzos usually help, but they are pretty addicting and have some annoying side effects. Maybe a simple beta-blocker would be enough. Since your stutter seems to be anxiety-induced, anti-anxiety drugs would probably do a big difference. I'm sure your doctor will be open to the possibility of you trying some meds, nothing wrong with asking for help. ​ Edit: some nootropics can help as well, maybe try phenibut or L-Theanin. They are both easy to get.
