One thing I’ve found to help for important conversations that I know are coming up is: 1) practice what I’m going to say and intentionally stutter. As in, I w-w-want to meet with you b-b-b-because… etc etc for ten minutes because it desensitizes yourself to your own stutter 2) propanerol to help with the butterflies. It’s a beta blocker that massively helps me 3) remind yourself they do not care- say what you want to say and they can get over it :) Happy to message privately for more info!
