Hey, I feel for you so much. I'm 33, and my worst block was when I was 21. I had a job interview where I couldn't speak at all for 40 minutes. Honestly, the worst day of my life. Now, I'm 95% fluent. Most days I don't experience a single block, and when I do, they don't last longer than a second. No matter how hard it is, keep going. Focus on breathing exercises, finding syllables that are easier to say, and when you feel a block coming, purposefully take a second before speaking. I found my success through managing my anxiety and mental health, in general. I'm so sorry you're going through all of this. Keep your head up, keep trying to use your voice, even when it's hard, and keep people in your life who support you.
