I wish that were me. For me, in my early 30s, it’s still an instant moment of sweat, fear, and anxiety when I have to introduce myself. I’ve done it a 1000+ times and it hasn’t gotten better. It’s probably that I can’t get over the shame for the inability to perform a simple task.
