And dude that’s okay. Maybe now isn’t the right time. Obviously I’m not pushing you to do anything you’re uncomfortable with. I think my main point is to not assume the worst with these sorts of things. I’m believe that if you approach things with a positive mindset (I know it’s hard a lot of the time!!) that things tend to go better. That’s just my experience. You’d mentioned that you’re overweight. Have you tried starting a simple workout routine? Nothing crazy. I’ve found that when I’m mentally in a bad spot, getting myself physically active gives me massive benefits. Even if it doesn’t alter your appearance, I bet it’ll have a positive impact on your mental wellbeing. You got this fam.
